That is where this Employee Handbook comes in -- it identifies and explains the policies and procedures that enable our employees to progress in their careers within the Companys guidelines. The purpose of this Handbook is to protect both the employee and the Company This Handbook covers the general policies and specific employee-oriented policies and procedures of the Company but not the specific day-to-day operational procedures or safety standards.
