Employee Evaluation Procedure

Employee evaluations are a means for evaluating the performance of employees and then noting areas of strength, areas in need of improvement and agreements on how to strengthen the weaknesses. The purpose of the company evaluation system is also to provide the company with a practical quantitative and qualitative measure of the abilities of employees, a practical measure of the progress of each individual and an assessment of short and long term potential.
