.0 Accomplish the duties, responsibilities, goals and objectives which have been established for the Construction Department. .1 Recommend the hiring, dismissing or increasing of compensation for any employee in the department subject to concurrence of the President. .2 Establish the work schedule and job assignments of all the personnel in the department. .3 Appoint, appraise, or discipline any employee in the department per established policy guidelines, as required.
