Authority and Responsibilities: 1. Sufficient authority from and is accountable to the President for the successful completion of assigned duties and responsibilities. 2. Authority to take any reasonable action necessary to carry out the duties and responsibilities of the position, which do not deviate from established Company policies. 3. Authority for all hiring, promotion, discipline and termination of department Employees, with the approval of the President. 4. Responsible for supervising the activities of personnel assigned to the departments, the quality of their work and the cost of performing the work.
